1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Splay ("Splay," "we," "us") covering your use of the Splay app. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Splay.

2. Health and safety (read this)

Splay is a fitness and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Mobility Score, joint readings, and any mobility work the app suggests are for general fitness and information only. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physical therapist, or other qualified professional.

By using the app you understand and agree that:

• You should talk to a qualified professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any medical condition.
• Physical activity carries inherent risk. You perform any movement, stretch, or exercise in the app at your own risk.
• If something causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately. Do not push into pain.
• Measurements from a phone camera are estimates meant to track your progress over time. They are not clinical measurements and should not be used to diagnose anything.

You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and for your own safety. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the app and its suggestions.

3. Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Splay on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use the app in any unlawful way or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it.
• Try to defeat or work around the subscription or any access controls.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Splay is a subscription app. Some or all features require a paid subscription.
